Range hood filter is located in the vent hood above the stove in your house or could be the filter in the down flow system of your stove. We have been making these filters for more than thirty years. Although much of this business went to some businesses that were designed to make very cheap filters it is refreshing to see some of this business come back to the higher quality product that we make. We have expanded metal patterns and manufacturing methods, which produce products with unique designs that our customers have been very successful with. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Range hood filter are composed of aluminum foil that has been slit and expanded. The filtration media for this filter consists of either eight layers of flat expanded foil or six layers of corrugated expanded foil, depending on frame thickness. The face grids are expanded aluminum. Frame is a miter cornered aluminum channel secured by an aluminum blind rivet.
